Our Policy: All Gift Certificates are valid for one year from purchase date, are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Massage for wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. All discounts used on Gift Certificates expire in one year
Our program is very flexible; If the recipient prefers to choose a service other than what you purchased, we will convert the Gift Certificate to the dollar amount of the original purchase. They can then use it towards any service they wish. All discounts used to purchase gift certificates expire one year after purchase. If a certificate can not be used within the time period, please contact us before the expiration date and we will gladly re-issue a new one. Additional fees may apply. All "cash" Gift Certificates are good towards any service unless otherwise stated.
Massage for Wellness requires a 24 hour cancellation on all single appointments and 48 hours on multiple appointments. When appointments are booked they are held and others are turned away. All of our practitioners are Independent Contractors who work hard for you and deserve to be treated fairly so please be considerate to them. To avoid Late Cancellations and No Show Charges , we suggest NOT to book appointments in advance. If you have an unsure or busy schedule you may want to call the day of instead. We will be glad to accommodate you if we have the availability.
